In today's fast-paced world, students often carry heavy backpacks and maintain less-than-optimal posture, leading to potential health concerns such as musculoskeletal issues and discomfort. To address these concerns, our team specializes in providing comprehensive Posture and Backpack Assessments that can pinpoint potential problems early and guide students towards healthier habits.

Our goal is to help educate our local community, especially parents on proper backpack safety so their children may reduce possible injury from backpack poor-positioning and overweighting.  Both of which can drastically change the sagittal balance of the child and possibly lead to repetitive injury and pain.
